We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs.
In the unfortunate event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
Only items purchased on the Azurlis® website can be returned to Azurlis® natural skin care for refund or exchange. If unsatisfied with your Azurlis® product purchased from a retail stockist, please return it to the store concerned to request a refund or exchange
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Azurlis® to process any refund or exchange. Please telephone 0800 298 7547 (within NZ) or email email@example.com in advance of your intentions to return or exchange a product, so that Azurlis® staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
Please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Azurlis®. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Azurlis® will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. Advise us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If item is already despatched, you are responsible for the shipping/additional postage charge for its return. The item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Azurlis® will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage (if included in the original purchase's invoice) will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
