The process of aging is something that none of us can avoid, but of course there are ways in which we all try to minimise the negative and detrimental effects of aging, and this is something that has been practiced for millennia in societies around the world. For many the process of maintaining our youthful vitality and health, centres around taking special care of ourselves, keeping our minds and bodies active and well, but a key element in withstanding the visible effects of aging is the way in which we treat and care for our skin

The signs of aging skin are well documented; fine wrinkles that gradually become deeper and more pronounced and a lack of natural elasticity which manifests as sagging or drooping skin are the most frequently experienced and today there is a plethora of treatments available designed to at least minimise, if not reverse the effects of aging upon the skin.
