The Value of a Loyalty Program
In my previous article I introduced the upcoming launch of our Loyalty Program as a form of rewarding our customers. Thank you for those of you that responded with your feedback.
As of this week, Azurlis™ Points Loyalty Program is live and backdated to the 1st November, however your points accumulation will only show once you become a Member, or set-up an account.
This means that those of you that normally purchase as Guests will not be accumulating the points, though these remain in the system for your use when you become a Member.
- To simplify the Membership Process, we can change your Guest status to Member. However, we will need permission from you, so an email will be sent to all Guests.
- If you would prefer to do it yourselves, you are welcome to do so.
In case you are wondering what the advantages of the Loyalty Program are, below is a summary of what points you can earn and how these can be redeemed.
Earning Azurlis™ Points
By linking on each of the Active Platforms listed below, Azurlis™ Points are earned, as shown.
Redeeming Azurlis™ Points
To redeem your Azurlis™ Points you can choose to accumulate and use as shown below, by either getting a Discount Voucher ($10) or a Discount Percentage (15%).
Azurlis™ Points Will Only Expire After 24 Months
We understand that some of you felt that you may not be able to accumulate Points fast enough, so we have decided not to have an expiration date and although the system will show one (because this is built in), we can over-ride this in the “back of office. However, after 24 months, the system will cancel the points.
Nevertheless, this period should be sufficient to cover options.
By the way, we will continue having the occasional mysterious gifts, because we love to share a bit of “fun and laughter”.
Your Inboxes Will Not be Spammed
Although these Loyalty Programs are set up to email reminders to customers to purchase, I personally intensely dislike this, and I have no intension to subject you to this practice. However, we’ll send one email 3 months before the redeeming period ends.
We don't believe in spamming customers, instead we would like to reward you for your loyalty.
